Ordering
  1. How do I order?
    Anyone (even if you’re not a Curves member) can order. To order, you need to create an account by clicking on the “Register” button on the Products page. If you have previously registered and already have an account, please log in by clicking on “Login here” either at the top left section or just below the Register button of the Products page. Once logged in, you can select the product(s) you want to order.

    Please note that a single order may contain only up to a total of 15 pieces of any combination of Curves products. If you would like to order more than 15 pieces, you can either create multiple orders (each with no more than 15 pieces of any combination of items) or contact the Curves Products Helpdesk at products.curves@gmail.com or (0927) 791 5936.

    All orders should be sent before 12:00 PM (noon), otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Shipping and Delivery
  1. Where do you deliver the products?
    We do deliveries to Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  2. How do I order if I am outside the Philippines?
    At this time, we can deliver only within the Philippines.
  3. Is there a minimum number of product orders?
    There is no minimum order quantity.
  4. How many days for delivery in my location?
    The number of days for delivery is specified below.

    • 3 to 6 working days, if within NCR
    • 4 to 8 working days, if outside NCR
  5. Do you charge a shipping fee?
    Yes, we charge a shipping fee and it will be indicated in the online total bill.
  6. How can I track my order?
    After your order and payment have been processed, a delivery tracking number will be given to you for you to track with the courier where your order is. For concerns on tracking the order, you may email Curves Products Helpdesk at products.curves@gmail.com.
  7. I think my product got lost/ was not delivered on time, what do I do? 
    Please send us an email at products.curves@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.
Payments
  1. How do I pay?
    You may pay through the following modes of payment.

    • You can pay using either your PayPal account or using your Debit/Credit Card if you don’t have a PayPal account. All Debit and Credit Card payments will be processed by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to create one, click the link below.

    • Bank deposit – You may pay by depositing to the account below. Please scan and email the proof of payment with the order number to products.curves@gmail.com for processing.

    • For Direct Bank Transfer, proof of payment can be either the “bank deposit slip” (for over-the-counter payment transactions) OR the “Funds Transfer Confirmation” email (if using “Transfer to Anyone” via the BPI Mobile Banking app).
  2. How do I make a bank deposit?
    You can make a bank deposit either over the counter or via mobile banking. If using the “BPI Mobile Banking” app, choose “Transfer to Anyone”.
  3. If I order on a weekend/holiday, will my payment be received?
    On weekends and holidays, payment can be done via online fund transfer. The online transaction confirmation (i.e., the email itself or a screenshot) needs to be forwarded to products.curves@gmail.com for proof of payment.
Cancellation Procedure
  1. Can I cancel my order after I have paid? 
    You may cancel the order before the payment has been processed. Once we have started processing your payment and an email confirmation has been sent you cannot cancel the order.
  2. How do I cancel my order?
    To cancel your order, please call Curves Products Helpdesk (09277915936) from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm and give your order number. Curves Products Helpdesk is available to process your request on working days but not during holidays or Sundays.
Curves Members Ordering Curves Products Online
  1. Can Curves members purchase the products online and not from the club?
    Yes, and they will still be charged the suggested retail price (SRP).
Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds will only be allowed if product is defective or damaged (proof of defect or damage needs to be sent within 7 days upon the product’s delivery) and there is no stock available to replace the defective or damaged item.

Exchanges will be allowed only if product is defective or damaged (proof of defect or damage needs to be sent within 7 days upon the product’s delivery), and stock of an equally priced item is available.
