The Curves Circuit with Zumba is a new evolution that brings the best of Curves and Zumba together. By adding the Curves Circuit with Zumba for a few hours a week, we’re providing all the proven benefits of our strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training, with a new way to motivate members to stick with their program and get great results.

Arms-Core-Legs

This is a lower-intensity class that targets the arms, core and legs. This 30-minute class targets these specific muscle groups through moves performed both on the Curves Circuit and in-between each machine. You’ll focus on maintaining a consistent level of effort and heart rate using strength-based functional movements.

Cardio

This class designed for the member who wants to increase their cardiovascular conditioning and endurance while utilizing the 30 second intervals in between the Curves Circuit strength machines. This circuit will get your heart pumping with the cardio moves on recovery stations and your muscles tones on the circuit strength machines.

Stretch & Strength

Stretch and Strength This low-intensity circuit is designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The movements are designed to stretch the muscles following strength training on each piece of equipment. This circuit incorporates all body parts in the workout. Flexibility is an integral component of basic movement and overall health and improving ones flexibility can be a challenge. The Stretch and Strength circuit meets this challenge; in addition, it supports core strengthening while adding variety and a fun element to the workout.

Balance

This low-intensity class is designed to improve balance, stability and core strength. In 30-minutes, you’ll perform exercises in-between using the strength machines on the Curves Circuit. Led by a Curves Coach, this class is recommended for most fitness levels and for anyone who wants to improve overall balance.
