“My intention was to get fit and healthy. I have always had a healthy lifestyle – no smoking, occasional moderate drinking, 6-8 hours of sleep, no junk/fried food, having meals on time and several small eats through the day…I would also have one hour of cardio everyday – either walking or swimming or jogging. I realized through my transformation with Curves that different bodies respond differently to different workouts. And circuit workout is precisely what my body responded to.
